Ventilated facades made of fiber panels KMEW (Japan) and LTM (Finland) will keep the appearance of the building for decades. Special boxes allow you to install air conditioning in each apartment. For improved sound insulation, the Monblan Nord 70 window profile, Maco and Roto fittings are used.

Each entrance group is offered a designer interior with panoramic stained-glass windows and high ceilings (more than 4 meters). Cleaning of entrances (with exits to the courtyard and to the parking lot) is carried out daily. Each has fast and silent Rustep elevators, interactive screens with useful information. In the basement there are individual storage rooms, as well as special boxes for bicycles and electric scooters (there is a possibility of recharging).

Powerful German Grunfos pumps are installed for a consistently high water pressure. The apartments are equipped with modern LED lighting. Electricity, water and heat consumption meters allow you to keep personal records for every single apartment.
